Amazon, in a bid to boost their profits, is changing some of the Amazon Mom benefits. They have sent out an email to all their Amazon Mom members stating that as of November 12th, there will be some changes to the program.
With the current program you get:
- A 20% discount on all eligible diapers and wipes purchased via Subscribe and Save. – Click here for the current deals.
- You get a 20% discount on all Subscribe and Save orders in any month where you have 5 or more S&S items on any items sold by Amazon.
- You also get a 15% discount on baby registry items and free 2 day shipping.
With the new changes you’ll get:
- 20% discount on all eligible diapers purchased via Subscribe and Save – Excluding wipes.
- The discount on wipes will go down to 15% with 5 or more Subscribe & Save orders or 5% with 1-4 S&S orders. (There goes the case of wipes for $6.78..)
- The 20% S&S discount on all other items will be eliminated. The new S&S discount will be the same for all Amazon customers, which is 5% on 1-4 orders or 15% on 5 or more orders.
- The 15% discount on baby registry items and free 2 day shipping, will stay.
Some good news is though, many Amazon Mom members will get a courtesy credit of up to $30 in November, when the changes kick-in. Check your email from Amazon for details.
